of the now.co website and associated mobile applications ("Service"). This
privacy policy applies only to the Service offered by Revnetics, Inc. under the
Now brand.

Personal identification information
We may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of
ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on
the site, register within the mobile application, and in connection with
other activities, services, features or resources we make available as part
of the Service. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address,
and phone number. Additional information may be automatically collected
during registration or logging in that uniquely identifies you, including
unique serial numbers or identifiers of hardware and software used to access
the Service. We will collect personal identification information from Users
only if they voluntarily initiate an action to submit such information to us.
Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, and
will be prevented from using the Service.


Personal location information

The primary function of the Service is to collect and share location
information. This includes the current and historical latitude, longitude, and
when available, altitude of any devices used to access the service, as well as
supplemental technical location information such as accuracy, speed, direction

wireless access points, other nearby devices broadcasting a signal which your
mobile device may be capable of receiving, or data provided by third party

the Service, however this functionality is not guaranteed in any way. Users

include hardware version numbers, software version numbers, mobile network

		One of the core aspects of the Service is the sharing of personal data.
		We only share data with other users that you have personally invited or
		accepted an invitation from.

		We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as
		a group use the Service and to identify trends. Some aggregate data may
		be published to all users of the Service, or made public, but never in
